Shipping Policy

All orders qualify for 3-5 day $2.99 shipping. We also offer expedited 1-3 day shipping for $4.99.

We offer same day fulfillment, excluding holidays. If you order Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.

Orders from Soma will be sent out in padded, bubble mailers.

Cancellations must be submitted prior to your order being sent out from our distribution facility.

If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, call DHL and provide them with your tracking number.

Soma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed to the carrier.

Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume.
