Refund And Return Policy
We know you’ll love our Soma products, but if Soma isn’t for you, we make returns & refunds easy. Please contact us to get started on your refund or return.
Contact Us
- In order to cancel your subscription, you must contact our support team: hello@somatape.com or by visiting our Contact us page. Once received, your subscription will be cancelled immediately.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order.
- Do not ship your returns to us without first contacting our support team, or we will be unable to issue you a refund.
- If your item is damaged upon arrival, please email us with photo proof and interior contents and we will send you a new item.
- If you do not like Soma and wish to return an item, at least half of the product must be fully intact and unused. Upon our instruction, remaining items must be returned to our facility in original condition to qualify for the refund. Packaging fees may apply.
- If you qualify for a return, we will send you a shipping label.
- Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
- Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume.
